Bought from Sears and reported within 1st year that washer would not dispense hot water even thought it had a cold, warm, and hot choice on it. Sears sent service techs out 4 times within the 1st 2 years and finally said that washer was working according to specs even though the temperature will not get above 98 degrees and that is considered lukewarm and there is nothing they could do since it is past the 1st year. Hot is considered 120-160 degrees. I have contacted corporate management at LG and they won't do anything because it is past the 1st year of warranty, even though I contacted Sears, who in turn contacted LG, during the 1st year. So for all you folks who have this washer, and think you are getting hot water to sanitize clothes, you might want to check it. My argument has been, if this machine wasn't designed to dispense hot water, it shouldn't have a hot choice on it and it should have been indicated on the machine and manual, and the salesperson should have made that clear.
