LG customer service and their affiliate Consumer Appliance and Electronic of Cincinnati Ohio
The customer service of this organization ( LG ) and its affiliate (Consumer Appliance and Electric) are the worst. My front loader washer machine has developed mold and we cannot get rid of the smell. LG sent their affiliate to my house for $90.00 They told me we needed a new door gasket. That was July 1. It is mid-August and still they either can't find the gasket, forgot to order it, or don't know where it is, and neither organization could care less. I don't even get return phone calls any longer. My advice... NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN.
