Washing Machine Direct Drive Top loader - LG Direct Drive Top Loader

I phoned as my washing machine started blowing the whole electricity in the house as soon as I turned it on. I was told someone would call me within 24 hours to organise a repair. I waited patiently and no one called, so I rang back and they informed me that I had not provided the date of purchase (they did not ask me for this) so I give it to them and they said thats fine someone will be out the next day to look at it to see if it can be repaired. I waited until lunch time and I phoned back to enquire , they gave me the number of the technician and I phoned him. And he informed me that I was not booked in for anything and thats what LG do and he refused to come look at my machine. I stated that this is terrrible service to which he told me to phone LG. Anyway long story short I have to wait over a week for someone to come and look at my Machine which is only 7 months old and still covered by warranty. It is full of water and I am unable to wash anything. On a side note the Technicians they use are the rudest men you could ever speak to. LG are terrible and apparently they choose the most horrible men to represent their company.
