WORST COMPANY AND PRODUCTS! - LG Top Load Washer and Dryer (WT5680HVA& DLEX5680V)
I am new to the LG family - having just dropped a pretty penny on a new top load W&D set. Right out of the box there were issues, minor, but none the less. I reached out to customer service and not only did NOT get answers to my problems, but was treated SO rudely I could not believe it. This company could care less about you - just your money. Once they have it, it's like they tell you to "piss off". Their products, after being used for a few months, are NOT as advertised (very noisy, water left in unit, dryer doesn't heat as high as should, etc). If you want help, might I suggest you just go bang your head against the wall? The pain will subside much easier and faster if you just get it out of the way up front. If you send an email for answers - you get a generic response that is in broken and poor English and doesn't address or answer your question(s)....at all. It's like they just pick the next "response" in line to be used. If you call, you will be treated like dog poop on the bottom of their shoes. I will NEVER, EVER purchase another LG product in my lifetime and have made sure that everyone I know (I have to say, I have a big mouth), knows of my horrible experiences.
