Broken washing machine - LG

Don't ever buy an LG appliance. I purchased a washer and dryer and refrigerator. Within 6 months the agitator broke off the washing machine. They insisted on fixing it even though it's a poor design. Six months later the same thing happened only this time the drum and outside cabinet are badly dented. Three weeks later this issue is still not resolved and I am without a machine. The customer service is awful. They keep delaying a decision as to what to do about this. The refrigerator had a problem with ice buildup after 6 months. That was fixed and now it's happening again. Two out of three appliance problems are enough for me.
