I brought all LG appliances from Best Buy when I first became an home owner. The stove range was exchanged after the gas company came out to find the gas leak. Best Buy step up and took care of the matter without any problem.
However, the ice maker in the fridge is a different issue without an happy ending. My fridge has a space saving ice maker which has issues. When the ice isn't flying into the freezer shelves the dispenser will not dispense ice through the door. The service tech been out several times and the problem continues. LG solution is for me to open the freezer door and remove the ice bin and shake it. I should not have to do this 1-2 a day. If I wanted to play around with ice bin I could had saved money by not selecting a unit with a In-the-door ice maker dispenser. I have taken pictures and video of the problem, waited to get ice until the service tech arrived yet LG clams there's no problem.
Not happy with LG and like others here I also regret selecting LG for my appliances. When I buy a new washer & dryer it would be an LG product.
